What sort of problems are you having?
No signal?
Bad directions?
Freezing?
Not turning on?
ect.

May need a software update

Also, I doubt you'll get much help here, you a best off finding a satnav forum.
Or maybe type in the exact problem to google with the make ect of your sat nav, chances are someone will have had the same problems, see what other have suggested for them and if they found the fix.

Or if it's still in warranty take it to the shop you bought it from, satnav are complicated little bits of electronics.

:thumbup:only once have i trouble with mo tom tom sat nav going from liverpool to wareham dorset all went well till i got to poole we stopped to have breakfast, when we started again it said 7ml to postcode i thought it a bit strange so asked a local he said that the satnav was sending me to the chain ferry that would take us across the bay to wareham but it was closed for maintanance , so we had to go back to bournemouth and go miles out of our way lovely scenery tho
