I thinking about picking up a 1995 e36 white 325i. 110k. It is very Clean. Leather is super clean. Runs strong. cd changer sunroof Normal 325i but really clean no body damage or ext damage to note not even bumper rubs. No interior damage, no leather cracks nothing. back seat doesn't even look like it was ever sat in. Good deal for $2500

i think it sounds like a very good deal i would still get it looked at by a mechanic unless you are very confident...but good luck

before you purchase it check a few things. Make sure you check teh front drive and passenger fenders for the vin, Same thing with the trunk and doors to make sure it hasn't been in any severe accidents. Also get it checked out by a mechanic and make sure you have the rear sub frame check to see if their are any signs of the frame breaking apart.

Whats the known issues with these cars that I shoul dpay attention too? or look for? It was checked no accidents no paint work all original. Clean Autocheck. no frame damage to the car anywhere. What do you think that would go for If I were to put it up for sale?

Check out the stickies, they have a nice run down of our normal headaches, and some things to look out for. Did you get a PPI? Depends on the market in your area, and just how immaculate it is on the price to resell.

so you lifted up the car to checked underneath the rear frame??. Also, make sure you open the trunk and check the joints that connect to the rear shocks. Make sure it doesn't look tampered with or lose.

I personally did not lift the car. A few friends that find fram damage for a living looked at it and there is nothing to note wrong with the frame. And yes I have gone over the car and so has my 2 buddies that like I said, are "professional car buyers" from manheim to odessa etc.

No, we mean from a certified mechanic. Get one that you trust to do the inspection for you. Not just a couple of buddies.... unless they're certified, have a shop, take it to said shop, and present you with a bill.

We're not trying to be mean, its just thats a pretty low price for seemly immaculate condition so we're kind of wondering where the problems are. Could just be your market or the seller wants it gone quickly, but a PPI is a must.

Ok well i would still have a professional mechanic check it out to be sure. I mean thats pretty cheap for a car that should go for more.

My buddies are in the buisness. They buy cars for a living and look at about 15 cars a day to purchase. They are as certified and knowledgable as ANY mechanic if not MORE in the way of looking for frame. Well you guys seem to think its a good deal so I shall purchase tommorrow! Thanks

Sounds like a really good deal. Have it checked out though, to be 100% sure !
If it turns out being a rebuilt title, which i hope it wouldn't be, its still a good deal !
