2004 645Ci Nav DVD for Eastern Europe (Croatia-HR)

I bought my 645 in Germany and the Nav DVD doesn't have the eastern european countries.
I can't seem to find it on-line anywhere. Does anyone know where to purchase (except the dealer) or download one.
