Well, today is the first day since I've owned my E36 that it is in one piece.
I finished the door handle yesterday and I put the window back in place today.
The gear stick is back in repaired properly this time.
All the door panels are back on and the interior door handle trim is actually on (this is a first for both my E36s)

So I thought today would be a good day to give it a good clean, inside and out and take some piccys :)

BUT apparently both my photography skills and camera are WACK so I apologise for that.

Tell me what you think.

So now the broken bits are fixed I can concentrate on making her look pretty.
I'm thinking about these wheels (http://www.dezent-alloy-wheels.co.uk/product.php/655/dezent-motion-7x17-quot--alloy-wheels-and-tyres-finished-in-silver)
Some better angle eyes
Remote central locking <-- any help here?
Removing the wing?
And better speakers all round.

Very nice car! too small pics though....

Those wheels look great! but so do the ones you have on.

If you want to remove the wing, keep in mind there are holes drilled into the trunk, so rust is an issue. You will need to fill those holes, sand it down, apply primer, then paint and clear.

Better speakers?? yeah i want that too, but i have just given up on it...only thing big enough to make a difference in the rear is 6*9s if you get adapters for them. But 6*9s are coaxial speakers so too much mids and highs for the rear for my taste... However you can get good quality 5.25" speakers and replace the ones in the kicker panels, that is a good idea.

Thanks :)

Yea, all that's been taken into consideration.

I do already have a 12" sub in the boot, powered by a Vibe monobox 1000w, I just want better door speakers to keep up with the bass from the sub.

yea the camera phone pics are good angles it's just the saturation and exposure are too much on the plus side, nice E36 either way

Dude, Rimell:
Your M wheels you have now are WAY doper than those others you're looking at. Unless of course your present wheels are curb checked to hell but they don't look like it. I'd just get a nice set of tires and spend the money on M mirrors. That'll really give the care a nice finishing touch for certain.

Looks nice! Glad its all in one piece now!

The wheels, eh, they're ok.

Remote locking? An alarm would take care of that....

I prefer the no wing look, but filling the holes is unfun. Maybe get a CF trunk? That'd be sweet.

...and when I thought everything was going well, I locked my ONLY set of keys in the car.
Not only that they were in the ignition.
But it's ok, I broke in to it in the end, with no damage woo!

BMtown.com or BMstyle I think from memory- I'll check tonight for you mate and let you know if your interested- either way an awesome company- I'v used them tons- its just the rings- I started years ago with buying ebay ones- wot a waste of money- always looked crap and never lasted- the current ones iv got are about 5yrs old- never any problems! I had the same set in my E46- one ring blew after about 3 yrs so i just called em up- next day I had a new ring and ballast sitting on the door stop and they didnt even charge me- after 3yrs!!
Great customer service- they arent the cheapest at about £75 but its money well spent and they are proper bright- compared to some of the crap I see people driving around with- i love seeing their gutted face when they can clearly see mine on a sunny day - at night as well they're bright enough to use with out my HID's on for most of the time..
The prices may have come down alot as like I said it was an age since I had to buy any! if you need a hand with the fitting just PM me- iv done quite a few different cars now- from e30-e46's - its pretty easy to install them :)

Keep the rims, aftermarket in 17s will look lame. If you want that look, go for CSL reps in 18in. Trust me on this one.

And car looks fantastic actually, perfect the way it is.
