Ive had a good look through previous threads and i cant see the answer to this one.
Ive some e34 alloys from a 5 series, will they go on to an e36?
I know it dont work the other way round cos of the offset, but would they look right on a 3
series? Cheers Mick

it would be easier to put 3 series wheels on a 5 series than vice versa. the offset for the 5 series rims are around 20, 3 series are 35+ ish..

I'm afraid what youngster says is so and wish it was otherwise as there are plenty of great looking 5er wheels.

5 series will not fit on 3 series. The offset is different

Ive tried to put M3 wheels on a 5series, and they have too much offset (hit the strut before locating) which means that the e34 wheels should go on to an e36.
What youve quoted above, would agree with this.
