blinking dot on odometer?

Just noticed it this morining. There is a blinking dot just beneath the word "MILES" on my odometer. It's constantly blinking, as opposed to flashing some sort of code. I tried google and the search button but nothing. Any clue?

That's your mileage tamper dot. On steady, it would mean the mileage on the cluster and the ECU don't match.
I have no idea what it means when it blinks.
