M3 Window Motor problem

I had my passenger window motor replaced...now it's happening on the driver side. I hear these creaks everytime I roll it down.

Ditto my E46 325i. :thumbdwn: Dealer told me "they've been having a lot of problems with these". He said it sometimes happens on the rears as well, but not as often because people don't use them that much. On my drive home, I decided to cycle my rear windows to see what would happen..yep, now the right rear is broken. Just waiting for the left rear before I take it in again. Luckily , it's still a warranty item, but I think BMW should step up to the plate and have a recall. This is riduculus having to take my car in so much. I'll bet Acura's don't have these problems.
