so i got my 8000k d2s bulbs and was installing them, 1st i installed it in the driverside, turn the lights on, nothing.... take it out and reinstall the stock bulb, turn the lights on, nothing.... tried reinstalling both stock bulb and 8000k d2s bulb and my stock d2s bulb from my 745 with no luck..... wtf do you guys think just happened? so i removed my stock bulb from the passenger side and reinstalled it just to make sure i had the right fit on the driverside and that one worked fine! i was too scared at this point to install the 8000k d2s bulb in the passenger side, so i didnt attempt to. any thoughts? suggestions to what happened? the car now says the driverside lowbeam (headlight) is out... is there like a fuse i might of burned out? relay? or maybe the ignitor? any suggestions would help.... i have never ran into anything like this on my other bmw's.... worst of all is my warranty just expired on 6/12/09!.... maybe the dealer will give me a break...:dunno::mad:
