Hello everyone,

I purchased the Dice iPod interface. It is supposed to connect to the cd changer wiring harness in the trunk.

Problem is, I can't find the harness.

I've searched this message board, google, others, cannot figure out where they put the little buggers.

I do have the little button in the trunk saying I'm prewired for the cd changer.

I have removed all of the carpet from the left side of my trunk (driver's), removed the stock amp, removed the plastic on the floor and the cowl that goes over the trunk latch. I've looked all over and cannot see where it is.

Any suggestions while I have my trunk taken apart would be great.

I also posted in the audio DIY section.

Thanks,

Brian

I have a '98 323 convertible and the wiring harness is in the right hand front corner (towards the rear of the seat backrest) .

Hello,

In case anyone else is on this excursion, I did find the cables.

They were tie wrapped above the battery in the trunk behind the carpet.

I spent all of my time looking on the driver's side of the car and behind the backseats.

Thanks for the input, as it appears that with these cars, those wires could basically be anywhere, my next hunt would have been under the center console.

There you go.
