Hey everyone I though it was my struts but I replaced em and its not those... Every speed bump or minor bump I go over I hear 2 peices of metal slaming together in the back... Kind of like a "KLAK" noise, its on each side.. If I hit a speed bump at a off center angle, you hear "KLAK" "KLAK"... So that tells me it is on both sides of the car... Any Ideas? I have an appointment with my auto mechanic Monday a week away... Hopefully I can resolve this by that time.... any information is helpful

thank u

Sounds like bad Trailing Arm Bushings. Any sideways hop? I wish there was a thread that explained sounds from the rear.

I had a similar problem. Try taking off a rear wheel, and removing the caliper. The pads are held in place by spring clips on the pad. The clips wore out long before the pads did. (designed obsolescence?) Mine were loose. i replaced the pads, used brake goo on them (on the back sides only please. lol) and it fixed the problem. SOOO much better now.

If you hunt though the "sounds from the read" thread (it's a sticky at the top of the page) I had the same sounds, or at lest thats how it started. Got much worse be for I fixed it. My sub-frame mounts ripped out from the car. Set me back about 1200 to have fixed
