water pump

hi there not been on here for ages well a year to be exact:(i have a bmw 318 e36 bought it for 100 quid yes 1oo quid last year been running it for a year now and it tows my trailer and race car all over .but just noticed its leaking water from what looks like one of the front pulleys ,so water pump .can anyone of you decent bmers out ther give me any advise on how to fit new pump :cry:is it a difficult job??any advise would be welcomed.in a year ive fitted disc,s and pads oil an filter and had a new screen put in as it cracked.all in all a bloody good car

thanks jmo69 very good tech forum and pictures ,cant get the old pump out of the block been levering but dont want to damge the front of the engine casing
