if you get led's you wont have to replace them ever again. you might have to take off the whole piece about the plate, there should be some screws somewhere, or it might be a pop off panel that holds the bulb in, lets get someone else's input before you do anything, i dont want to give you wrong info.

they just pop out, use a small sharp tip screwdriver and you will see how easy it is. i used some cheap ebay led bulbs, they work great and look great! however it does trip the computer and the car thinks the bulbs are out, not a big deal because i know they are on!

from sylvania website bulb type:

2825
2825LL Long Life Upgrade: Up to twice the life of the standard lamp

WU99WU: So do they pop straight down or to a side? The screw driver tip should go where?

i agree the license plate led 2825 is only for only pre facelifted 6 series, 07 and before, 08 uses a different license plate led

The RDASH ones I know are basically plug and play. Just snap out the stock ones and fit the new ones in. Over and done in 5 minutes. Mine will be fitted soon. Can't wait.

E92 sucks. Stay away from them. PM and I'll tell you why you shouldn't do business with them. After screwing with them I just replaced the OEM bulbs.

How do you do that when you normally don't even respond to email?

Maybe you have a new license plate bulb, but the one the was "error-free" that you sent me gave me errors every time I started up a 2007 650.

Sh*tty customer service needs to have shared with others so they don't have to endure it themselves. I have no further axe to grind, if others wish to deal with you that's up to them. I just share a 100% truthful accounting of my dealings with you. They can decide for themselves.

Pm'ers, this is what I would have sent you, so forgive me from not sending individual responses.
