I have recently returned a 530i purchased under a full circle finance arrangement. When the car was returned the dealer even commented how well the car had been cared for (over 4 years) compared to some that they see returned.
Now I have been hit for a bill of over $500 to have 'front bumpuer level 2' damage repaired.
I have sent a fax to BMW finance asking for clarification of what they are talking about ... I honestly dont know what damage they could be referring to. I even had a car park dent repaired on the car before returning it.
Has anyone else had an issue like this? This was my first full circle finance and I wont be doing another but would like to know if anyone else has had an issue and how it resolved.

AS an update, the dealer that I am purchasing the new car through has got involved and it looks like the issue is going to be sorted out through them. I was advised that they have been in touch with BMW and not to worry. Now just waiting on the new car.
Very happy with the service given by the new dealership so far. Will advise who it is once the deal is done.
BTW: This will be the fourth BMW dealership that I have dealt with ... two I wouldnt deal with again and one closed!!

:)
Looks like the new dealer has come to the party ...
The dealer has spoken with their regional representative from BMW and it sounds like the issue has been sorted out.

So who is the dealer that has given the good service ... Worthington BMW (Gosford).

I would still be asking what was up with the car and why the sudden backflip?

id say they said arh dont worry we will get her on the services , cause im sure as **** they charge way to much for what they do, just cause a BMW costs a fortune the think they can charge a fortune to service a car.

oh yeah wtf is a full circle when i read that i though you must have been doing donuts lolol
