so i dropped my car to savage bmw in ontario to get my headlamps replaced, trunk shocks replaced, and tranny replaced along with some door seals. i got my car back and all they did was replace my sunroof seal, and said tranny is fine headlamps are not covered with my warranty and my trunk was functioning normal. i go ahead and take it to south bay bmw in torrance and told them the exact problems, no questions asked they replaced the headlamps, replaced trunk shocks, replace door seals and replaced the tranny, and gave me a free rental at the same time, im just wondering why some other dealers just wont work with you and just give u " its normal" or "its suppose to do that" :dunno:
