If there is anyone interested in ceramic brake pads for the e70 X5 pm me. I am having the D1294 pads made since ceramic compound is not available anywhere (blanks are not being supplied for the front pads). I am having them made by Carbotech and thought if anyone else wanted them I could have a few made. I will have the blanks made by Carbotech. Check their website for pricing. It will show the pad price, but they are not available due to the blanks not being available. These pads are superior to OEM and many aftermarket pads. They are the BOBCAT compound and will reduce brake dust by around 70%, non-corrosive so they will not pit alloy wheels and will improve braking.
