vibration damper on front of crank

Could someone share their secret on how this comes off? mine may be rusted on:dunno:

Ensure you have all six 13mm bolts removed from the bottom pulley (as well as the accessory belts). I've been fortunate as the two I've worked on came off easily by hand.
