2009 - Z-4 Manual Trans.

I have had my Z-4 for almost 3 weeks now - does anyone else feel like there should be less gears - or even higher gears ? Many times, I can skip gears - with so much torque and power, with the Turbo - you can skip half the gears - Just currious if others feel that way -

When going thru the gears - it seems like I am always shifting - no need to go thru 5 gears to get up to say 65 mph.

I skip either 4th or 5th all the time when leisurely accelerating to highway speed. That's in my 2006 Z4M with a six speed.

very nice car by the way! and yes, with all the torque available i find myself skipping gears when not driving agressively. gotta love the N54!
