IIRC on my 95 925, crawl under the car and release the tensioner. You need a Allen socket in metric IIRC. Put it on a ratchet, turn the opposite way and the belt will be able to come off. You can then relax the pressure. Put the new one one in reverse order.

There is (should be) a plastic dust cap on the face of the tensioner pulley. Remove that and release the tension as described by 'woodnthings8'. Check the Tensioner arm (small hydraulic piston, bolted top and bottom). On mine, when I released the belt tension the arm dropped down as the top eyebolt housing was cracked right off. The tension was the only thing holding it in place. Not sure if mine was an isolated case or if this is a common problem. Worth checking though.
Unless you have replaced it recently, I would also recommend replacing the main drive belt at the same time (same procedure) as the A/C belt has to come off anyway to do this.
