I am selling the stock OEM CD changer from my car. I replaced it with a blitzsafe adapter because I wanted an auxiliary input for my ipod.
The CD changer works perfectly. It was replaced by the dealership only 6 months ago because they thought it was broken. Actually it was fine but my amp had issues. So this unit is farely new.

I am including the OEM cd changer plus mounting brackets from an Alpine 630. These are not the BMW brackets but the ones that came with an Alpine 630 (same model as OEM).
I am asking $250 shipped anywhere in the US.
Please PM me with offers and questions.

How did the Blitzsafe adapter work out? I just bought one (sounds like the same thing you have - Alpine and AUX) to use for my Sateliite tuner that has RCA outputs. Have not installed it yet.
Hold out for the $250. You should be able to get it on eBay. The part number that you have is BMW's latest revision.

The blitzsafe adapter is PERFECT. Sound quality is great. And being able to switch from CD changer to aux in from the front is awesome.
I just posted the changer on ebay. Thanks :)

I will probably be putting mine up on eBay sometime this week after the Blitzsafe shows up.

Installed the Blitzsafe last night and, you are correct, it is perfect!

Cool! I love how you can switch from the the changer to the aux in from the head unit. You don't have to use a separate switch like the BMWPILA adapter.
