Importing 2007 Z4 into Ontario

Hi All

I am planning to import a 2007 Z4 from NY and have a few questions abt it. I would really appreciate if anyone can answer them;

1) The dealer & I have settled for US$25300. is it a good price for a 2007 z4. It has abt 15k miles on it.
2) The dealer said the car does not have any facility to put a hard top if I choose to. Is it possible to put a hard top later if I want to or is it not possibel at all.
3) The dealer faxed me a vehicle inquiry report yesterday. can I use this for RIV or do I have to get a recall clearence letter from BMW canada. Also the car already has day time running lights turned on. If I dont get anythingf rom BMW canada, woudl they honor the warranty.
