e60 cabin filter replacement

Need to install 2 new filters in 525i, cann't seem to find location near glove box; is it necessary to remove glove box to access ?:(

If it's the same as mine, they're not near the glove box but under the hood in front of the windshield (where the fresh air intake would be on most cars). There's one on each side. I picked mine up off eBay from a place called JT Outfitters. $42 for two (with the charcoal lining). Here's a link from the e60 forum on how to replace with pictures.
