Car starts fin but as I accelerate it seems to have this squeal that is pretty loud? any one know what causes this?

If you have a serpentine belt, pulley is not properly aligned.
or
bearing is worn, but that usually makes a grinding noise.

Actually it could be as simple as belt tension, or a glazed belt (replace), or you may have a bad bearing on one of your pulleys, or (remote) a failing bearing in the alternator.

I recently had the water pump, along with all the pulleys, tensioners and belts replaced....amazing how quiet my car idles now.
