I think that was Modena Natur leather. Could be wrong though. Also I didn't know you could get those seats on a '99 model.

Sure looks like it to me. I considered Magma when I ordered my '98, but went with Mulberry.

For '99, I think Hellbeige became an option, but I've never seen it on an M3.

My wife called Modena Natur "Pumpkin Orange" :D

Sure looks like it to me. I considered Magma when I ordered my '98, but went with Mulberry.

Yes, Jon, most definitely Magma. Of all of the E36 M3 interiors, Magma
was the least ordered. You cannot tell from those pics, but Magma
is pretty funky; strange color irregularities.

A better name would be "worn-out baseball glove"...


The last year of production, 1999, a true beige was offered.
