I have a 98 540i with 87k miles with 18" M parallel, new pixels, and dinan exhaust, new valve covers. How much you are you willing to spend?

started life as 540i/6, black on black, 93K mis, Nav, 19's, upgraded zenon w/ angel heads, red/clear tails, hardwired escort radar/laser and more. New radiator, hoses, gaskets, other stuff, have receipts. Way too much to list- it's late. Price $12,900. Be glad to send full spec sheet and pics to anyone interested. Car in Long Beach.

Based on what I've seen ~ do your research and see if you guys want a Non-VANOS or VANOS e39.
Personally, i like 2001, 2002, 2003 e39 because of the styling differences.
