Hello! I haven't posted at this BMW forum before, but there's some real great knowledge here! I searched a bit, but I didn't quite see anything that matched this; if I missed the right post, I apologize in advance!

I've got a 2001 e46 330ci. I just cleaned the MAF Sensor with the CRC MAF sensor cleaner, following a DIY guide posted here. Seemed to go well, wasn't much trouble, and I was (trying to be) careful about not manhandling anything, since intake leaks are such a PITA. It was quite difficult getting the MAF sensor segment back into the airbox, though.

I went to drive it later in the evening, and it stalls out as soon as you start to accelerate. It will go in reverse seemingly fine, and idle fine, but accelerating kills it almost right away. I pulled the MAF sensor off and it'll drive fine. As fine as a car without a MAF sensor, anyways!

What did I break? This is only the second time I've DIY'd anything with cars.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it threw the SES light on, but I haven't had a chance to stop by AutoZone to get it read. I'll do so tomorrow.
