I was able to get about a 97% correction on the paint.
The car was in bad shape with many rock chips & previous paint work on some panels.

Here is the customers feedback thread, posted on a local Nissan forum

I just wanted to post a review for ***8220;Big A Detailing***8221;. I recently picked up a 1998 240sx that was in fair condition. The paint was ok but it didn***8217;t have the look that I wanted. Some spots showed more age than others, there was some haze on the paint. Worst of all it had an ugly half faded pinstripe on both sides.

When I got the car home I knew that the paint needed some work. I called up Andrew (owner of Big A detailing) and he told me to come by so that he can check it out and give me a price and whatnot. I took the car to him and he gave me a great price. I left the car with him.

Andrew worked on the car for five days. Did a full paint correction detail and he also hooked me up with a nice window tint job. He even did the interior for me that wasn***8217;t included in the price we agreed on for no additional charge. I was able to stop by after work and check out the progress. I really can see a big difference in the car during the process.

After he was done with the car it had a deep glossy shine, no trace of those ugly pinstripes and no swirl marks. He did such a good job on the 240 that I left my Accord for a cleaning and wax, picked it up the next day and it came out beyond my expectations.

The best thing about dealing with this guy is that he actually likes what he does. He takes great pride in his work and does not let a car leave his shop unless he***8217;s happy with it. I saw other cars that he did as well and they were all equally as impressive. Its important for you to take care of the car after he***8217;s done with. Which should be pretty easy, just go back for washes every now and then.

It***8217;s easy to get to the shop as well. Its right off the cross island, close to northern blvd.

In summary, your car will always look 1 million times better if the paint is nice and shiny without dull spots and tons of swirls. Definitely hit Andrew at Big A Detailing up for whatever you need done. He has prices for every budget. Even if all you need is a wash or a quick wax, check him out. For the few people that saw the two cars before and after really noticed the difference.

He took lots of pictures before during and after, once he posts them I will link into this thread.

Give him a call if you need work done, highly recommended!!!!
