Most of the time, I cannot see pictures that posters have put up. I just see the following line "...has posted the following image:". What do I have to select in order to see attached picture files?

You may have to enable Viewing Attachments in User Control Panel / Options...

that's not it. All boxes are checked.

If that is not it I don't have a clue to what it is wrong....
