05 530I Tranny leaking

Hi, need some info on warranty, it has 75000 miles,have it service today,and they found the leak.charging me around 500 for repair, I have that maintenance program up to 100k,dealer said transmission is not covered. Is that right?maintenane program only cover oil change,break and etc

Maintenence warranty only covers maintenence items.....oil changes, break pads/rotors, filters. Only original 4/50 or CPO warranty would cover this repair!
