Do you know if this kit would fit a '99 M Coupe?

Yes it will. It will bolt on and appear stock as it was created by BMW. There is no mods needed for install. The Oil Filter Housing is a direct replacement of yours - looks the same but allows for the oil pick up and return lines. The Cooler it's self sits behind the front bumper cover in direct air flow. It will fit on any year E36 M3.

Not to be an arsss here, but I think it may be tough to get that price. Bimmerworld is selling the Euro Oil Cooler kit for $699 with all OEM parts. I believe the Oil Filter Housing piece has come down considerably in price. I actually was quoted $575 (w/CCA Discount) from South Motors BMW in Miami for the parts.
Bob C...this kit will not be a direct bolt on for a M Coupe. Please see some of the posts regarding this. Forthe oil filter housing you will need a oil distribution block to accommodate the Vanos line, the oil pressure switch, and oil temp switch. I just purchased ($100) Randy Forbes's Oil Distribution block (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45827&highlight=oil+cooler) as I'm currently engaged in a Oil Cooler project for my 2000 M Coupe. Also, the oil cooler itself is also not a direct bolt on. You will need to cut the driver side bracket and reweld on a bit higher as the S52 radiator is a different size than either the E36 M3 or the S54 M Coupe. You will need to fab a passanger side bracket for the oil cooler as well, but this is fairly straight forward. If you want a good primer on what needs to be done to fab this kit for the M Coupe please see Bob Hanvey's webpage. It's a bit outdated on pricing, but what needs to be done to make the pieces work are accurate...

Also, please see one of the Bimmerfest threads for info on installing the Euro Oil Cooler set-up on the M Coupe...
