06' 550 door wont open

Hi guys im new to the site so first off hi /wave :).

OK.. so.. to get started i do auto body work and im currently working on a 550 and had to removel the door handle,belt molding and mirror so it can be painted. In the process i did not remove the door panel to get anything off the door i just pull it out some and removed the wire for the mirror. After i removed all the parts i closed the door and later in the day i tryed to open it and it just wasnt having it.

Now im not sure if its an electrical problem or not. I feel as if i tryed everything to get it open but its obvious that i havent. So my question is to anyone here that might have some experience with an issuse like this and if there might be a fix for it any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Just to fill u guys in in case one or some of u have this issuse. I ended up taking the back door off the car and put the handle back in(cause u cant do it otherwise) and sure enough it worked. Im guessing it just jamed something up.
