$330 is a BARGAIN for that little bitty piece of trim! What ruins it is the fact that he rips you off by charging $15 to ship it! :tsk:

How can this guy possibly have 165 Positive Feedbacks and do auctions like this?

Even if it included the Steering Wheel it is still a ripoff. :tsk:

The sad thing, someone is sure to purchase them.

You can get a CF one for only $20 more and I think it looks way better than the wood.

I couldn't stand it...and I emailed the seller. Here is his reply:

I KNOW I AM JUST BETTING ON IGNORANCE

Yeah I saw that, and resisted the temptation to email him. I can't stand it when people try to pull these things off on ebay, saying that it's only available from Europe. A few weeks back, some @#$% tried to sell his center console brushed column alum trim for $800, and SAYING that the cost from the dealer is that much  . I emailed him, saying my sphill, he told me to ****$ off, and if there were any bidders, I was going to make sure and tell them the truth. Too bad he ended the auction early.

A couple of months ago, there was an ad in the Boston Globe for a '01 M3 coupe for $68K w/18k on it (I think). I called the guy to see if it was a gouge or a typo, and was told, "Hey, there's a wait list for these things...".

Hopefully, it's a guy from Nigeria writing... "I will pay you via cashiers cheque..., just give me your account information to wire the funds"

... and would like to have a Myrtle Wood steering wheel trim, to match the rest of the Myrtle Wood interior. If buying it from this guy is dumb, what's the smart way to buy it? How much does it cost?

Order from your dealer. Costs about $160.00.
