Struts/Springs replacement procedure on e39

I would like to get shocks, struts and springs replacement procedures for 1998 528i. I have no sport susspension and I'm thinking about upgrading to Bilstein VN3-4439 Front & BE5-2829 Rear (for lowered springs) and H&R Sport Springs. Does anybody have any other recomendations for having sport suspension on a non sport car with ~82K miles

The link to the actual link was what was posted by toxic. You had to read each thread to click on the "here" link. Bu there it is anyway. if you have any question, send me a shout. It is pretty clear cut, but there are some tricks and tips if you run into trouble. :)

Thanks for the short cut link. It has the information which I am looking for. BTW, do you know anyone had posted the procedure with pictures/photos ?? Photos would definitely help a lot ....
