looks to be like the aftermarket stereo / entertainment companies w/ be having a hard time surviving if this trend keeps up.

Why is a simple-looking dash cheap? Simple is good, IMHO - the more on the dash, the more to distract from the primary purpose - driving.

Someone posted an adapter to the Roadfly Z4 board that would fit a standard head unit into the new dash shape.
