Something like that I have to check, but buy one of the nuts that is displayed with it on the ETK, you can use one of the bolts from the airbox for the bottom part of the bracket

I'm going to order the bracket, cover and hardware myself. not bad for ~$10.

hereare the part numbers in case anyone else is interested:

51 11 8 362 524 xenon ballast nut (qty 2)

well, if you have the Dinan or perhaps even the Motronix CAI, it looks better than the Dinan supplied bracket. you need to relocate the xenon balast with these CAIs so that the tube can fit down into the cavity.

I'm looking at this for my ESIS idea. while you can sneek the the radiator hose (the new inlet) past the ballast, it's a tight squeeze at first. 323/328 owners with xenons looking to possible modify the stock air box will need to do a cross between my ESIS mod and shawn fogg's "fogged" airbox mod. since the 323/328 only has one inlet to begin with, the secondary inlet will need to be larger than the one I use with the ESIS. 323/328 owners will need to move the ballast.

BTW, the total cost of the bracket, the plastic trim and the screws is only like $11.

FYI:

You only need 1 nut and you can reuse one of the screws/nuts from the OEM air box.
