Looking to get a 2008 B7 with only 19000mi, so still under warranty. Any problems, things to look out for? I have heard these cars cannot get an extended warranty, true? Any responses would be greatly appreciated. This would be my first BMW, only had MBZ in the past (I know this will be quite a different ride).

Correct, you can NOT get an extended warranty on the B7's as it is not offered from BMW nor any other company. This makes sense with that type of car though so if you are considering buying one, then you know the score. However, even the B7 is covered under BMW's butt-to-bonnet coverage so a late production '08 could still be covered until 2012 or 2013 depending on in-service date. The prices have come down on them but the lowest priced (non-salvage) '08 B7 I've seen is still in the high 60's, low 70's whereas you can pick up a similar '07 in the high 40's or low 50's so there is a HUGH price difference there.

'07 with likely mid-40K pricetag

an '08 asking low $60's to stay AWAY from (Salvaged via REPO - it might be a good deal around $35K though if the damages weren't TOO extensive but many of these repo dealers are still trying to get RETAIL ala the low 60's or Best Offer)
