one question for you.. do you notice if your headlights fog up???... I also got a 04 4.4i and since day one the headlights fog up when i have them on...

I did notice the headlights fogged up the night I took delivery of her. But since then, they haven't. I'm hoping the seals just needed a break in period or something.

I'll take her to the dealer if I notice it again though!

Im taking her to the dealer this friday. In this weather it fogs up everytime i have them on and it doesnt go away. Im thinking i might have a bad seal. There is a bulletin on roadfly about this. Guess i have to wait a see what happens.

Hi I have a 3.0, and the headlights didn't fog until I removed the rubber bungs to switch the headlights from left to right for driving in France.

Check and see if the rubber bungs in the top of the lamps are sealed properly, and try removing them when your going out on a dry night, to let the water escape.
