MOST radio/nav

So my radio, nav and all that stuff stopped working and froze.. ive read about disconeccting the MOST cable from the gray ring for a few minutes... Well when i disconected the cable it unfroze and i could go threw the different menus. When i reconecct the cable it freezes again.. Is the cable ruined or something? the light on the switch is blinking red. any thoughts!?

Its a short, you will need to replace the unit.

Get a MOST bus jumper and jump past each device on the MOST bus until you eliminate the faulting device (do a search for similar threads).
