Hey Diznik007,
Do you by any chance have the pics of your exhaust ? Could you take some pics from where you split the pipes to your new muffler ? I like the way you did yours...Hehehe the way that you don't have to spend too much $$$...lol

Thanks Bro.:D

wish i could be more help but i got rid of the car and don't have any pics from underneath. member patshah has the identical setup so maybe he can take some pics for you. also, i wouldn't exactly call the setup cheap because the tips are the most expensive ones they had. cost $80+ each x 4. the entire job ran right around $700 i think.

Wow...You spotted the thread right away. Awesome...awesome looking car, my friend. Love it. Still not bad though for around $700. Well worth spending the money. Where did you get the rear mudguards ? Now that I got the 22" the rears seem to stick out a little further...lol
Thanks for the response. Will see if Patshah will see this. I did some searches but no luck.

Didn't realize you ditched the car Diz,what did you get? i'm sure you posted a thread somewhere about this, but I've been laksidasical about the site lately. And I'm pretty sure I misspelled laksidasical.

my stable is completely depleted. cars were just sitting around marinating. figured someone should be using them. i've unloaded 3 cars the past two years including the 7, sl500, and a ssupercharged rover. i upgraded to a prius :eeps: but already had that prior to ditching the 7. still have the carrera in my avatar but it sits as well. really into cars at one point but mainly on the forum to chit chat (and bash of course):D. i do miss the 7 though, best car i ever had.

Hahaha...Here's the man, Patshah. A lot credit to your present here that you didn't miss this one. You probably didn't anyone on here...lol

What's up Pat ? Hey I was wjust wondering if you got any pics of your exhaust system where you split the pipe from underneath. As I was asking Diz. this morning if he had any pics of his exhaust and said in his post up the top that you might have some...lol

So....Do ya ?

Hey Diz and Patshah,

I looked at the underneath of mine this morning. Wondering the heck they did on yours. Because on the right hand side, there's battery storage there. Just between the battery and the spare tire compartment and the bumper cover, in that whole side of the car is all tight. There's NO room whatsoever on the right side to squeeze in another muffler. Or is it just the dummy pipes there ?..lol

It's just dummy... Search for Patshah exhaust pics on here and you'll see what it looks like.

Found them. Well done. Still have the car, Patshah ? It's more like it now that you said it is just dummy. Because there's no space whatsoever to slip even an extra pipe between the bumper cover and the battery housing...lol

Thanks, Bro.

Here it is if someone's interested in seeing them pipes.http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=467897&highlight=exhaust+pics

there is room right behind the rear valance to run a pipe to teh right side to make them functional. it can be done if thats what you want. a couple members here have fully functional duals.

Thanks but not sure if I wanna run it like that as it is TOO close between the battery housing and rear bumper cover. Dummy would be just fine if I chose to do it. I'm sure it would be nice.:D

Oh man, that looks great!!! If you guys click on this link, it's on page 3 or here's his own link.http://s235.photobucket.com/albums/ee196/bmwroy/?action=view&current=DSC03226.jpg#!oZZ29QQcurrentZZhttp%3A%2F%2 Fs235.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fee196%2Fbmwroy%2F %3Faction%3Dview%26current%3DDSC03767.jpg%26

Thank you, Roymorales and Diz.

PS. I see that they split it after the muffler, was thinking maybe they might have done it before the muffler and before the spare tire housing. It does look great running behind or between the back of the spare tire and the bumper cover. Great job.:D Wondering what a job like that would cost.
