Just got off the phone with installer and am meeting with him @ 2 to finalize the specs :eek:

Keeping stock head unit and using a line convertor :thumbup:

Your comment yesterday of OEM head unit came into play and yes :eeps: a PhatBox may be added a little later :bigpimp: as well as XM :D

Check my edit...............LINE CONVERTOR. Takes OEM head unit signal and puts it in rca or firewire format to feed amps/processor.

Ah, Thanks... I wasn't trying to be a smart@ss, just thought it was some type of special hardware I wasn't familar with. :thumbup:

I have a Ven4 I bought to use in my E46 and never installed. I bought it from "31st330i" after he pulled it from his 330i (and reverted his system back to stock).
