Wow, nice cool run-on sentence. Just joking with you. This is a forum so who cares. Anyway, I bet someone with better leasing knowledge will give you some pointers. Good luck.

Consider negotiating each piece of the lease individually, this is how to get the best deal. Negotiate the "price" of the vehicl and the money factor separately. You can also consider the multiple securitydeposits to lower your money factor instead of putting money down that you would completely lose if the car is crashed. Some people have gotten good deals on this forum with leases, but at this point the leases have been kind of high I think. I just leased a 535ix (because I tend to want to turn cars over every 3 yrs), put nothing down, but paid maximum MSD to lower the money factor, and paid about 1500 over the invoice price for the car sales price. Payment was about 900, but this was on a highly optioned 535ix, pushing MSRP of 70K. So I don't know not the greatest deal I have negotiated but I blamed it on the new model year etc...

I've been leasing for several years and never heard of using MSP to lower the money factor. Is this something that can be negotiated with BMW Financial?

In the ask a dealer section read the sticky for MSD information. You can put up to 7 additional deposits down to reduce the MF

Hi Greg,
I have copied down your contact info and will contact you late Dec/early Jan when I start the deal process. Yes, I did PCD redelivery last time and plan to do it again. Too much fun to pass up.
