Anyone arriving in NJ on Thurs 10/14 on the Tomar take delivery of their vehicle yet?:dunno:

Not me and it is really starting to bug me. I have seen posts from others who were on the TOMAR saying they have...which makes it even worse.

Dealer informed me this morning that over 600 550's (unsure if it's just i or ix) are all on hold at US ports. Dealer tried to get answers all day but no one is returning calls (distribution and reps.).
An internal email went out this morning on this. Anyone know what this is about?

Mine is ready for pickup at 3:30pm today and landed on the Tomar last Thursday morning. 535i xdrive msport
I get mine Monday 1pm.....My ca said they got a ton of cars and the service center is jammed. May be salesman talk, but I give the benefit of the doubt. I can wait till Monday...

does anyone who is picking up a car (or has already done so) getting a 550ix? I'm concerned about that posting relating to the 550s being on "hold"

Funny story; My brother and I ordered two 535xi (one was Msport) on the same day. I am picking up mine tomorrow and his is still at the port of NJ..... I win!!!

The BMW USA website says that my car has arrived at the dealer. No call from them yet, though to say it is in. I'll cut them some slack since it is the weekend but I will be pretty pissed if I don't get a call tomorrow. In any event, I sent my CA an email letting him know I saw that it is in and hope I can get it in the next day or two. I haven't had much luck with my CA being responsive to my inquiries throughout the process. :thumbdwn:13 weeks of agony almost at an end. :thumbup:

My car arrived at the dealership 10/21 and I will be picking her up today.

You should know that the website is 2-3 days behind (as compared to the 800 number, which itself is at least 1 day behind). So, your car might have been sitting at the dealer (wonder which one in Boston?) for a while....
