Counter sunk knobs have the threads very high inside of the knob itself, thus putting more weight lower on the shift lever creating a short-shifter effect...this is what I am looking for.

It is heavier than stock I presume?

It doesn't have any threads. It uses a set-screw.
Yes it is heavier than stock. 7.5oz vs 3.5oz.
