Which dealer in the Chicago area offers complimentary car washes regardless of the BMW being purchased from them or not? Can you go any day? Or are there only specific days?

Local dealer around here does free car washes on Saturday. My gosh there are people that will waste a Saturday waiting in line for a free car wash.

The dealer I used to be near had a terrible car wash (dirty water) and dried with a dirty, damp Terry towel. Swirls and spiderweb like crazy. It's not worth it.

I wouldn't take my worst enemy's car to be washed by a dealership.

If you are in Chicago near the north side of the city, the best car wash that I can recommend to you is the one approximately around 2500 N Clybourn - if you want to save money, they have an early morning special where they hand wash and dry your car, as well as clean your interior and mats - all for $6.99

I can never manage to get there that early, but even their regular rate is ~$10 or so...

I wash my car myself all the time inside my garage all year. Just thought that maybe Perillo BMW or Fields BMW which are the closest to my Chicago area had a program that would give free car washes to Bimmers like on Saturdays or something even if it wasn't purchased from them.

Perillo does but there's no way I'm gonna let them wash my car, I'd be polishing for the next week to get all the scratches out.

I live in the city - so no place to wash the car in the garage. The building that I live in has no provision for any water supply either...

Don't mind boosting the economy a teeny teeny little bit every other week or so.

The guys I mentioned had a $5 special for the exterior wash, when I drove by the other day after work. To get the Range Rover washed - shampooed and soft cloth dried - for $5 was unbeatable. They were all over it... getting all the salt out, washing the wheels, getting the ice out from the nooks and crannies... great job, that I left them a $2 tip... If I had undertaken the same task myself, it would have taken me an hour easy... with a mess of soft cloths to put through the washer and drier.

What is the name of the car wash so I can google map them and try them out.

I never remember their name... but if you are going South on Clybourn... from the Diversy intersection, past the Costco on your right... then past the Dominicks... under a small over-bridge... it will be after that over-bridge, to your right.

You can check it out on Google street view... or I just did. Its called Clybourn Express Hand Car Wash... here is the link, with the street view.
