FS: 2001 M3 steering wheel and function buttons

As pictured: this 2001 m3 wheel measures 14 3/4 " across and a diameter of ~1 1/4". very comfortable and soft, ergonomic thumb "humps" for quick and proper hand placement. Please check your local dealer for exact fitment but the range of models it does fit is very liberal. The wheel has some very light scratches and a scuff as pictured, I selected the photos which showed the damage in the worst light so please understand that under normal lighting its much less noticable. please feel free to email me if you have further questions[except fitment-I don't have the resources to assure fitment]: ctfshez@bellsouth.net

Are you SURE this is a wheel from an M3? Do you have the part number? Just would hate for any of our members (or anyone) to buy something based on mis-information.

I also feel the same way.. I was told it was off a 2001 and assumed so. thank you for pointing out my mistake. I did a little digging and found out that indeed its a 1999 E36 M3 steering wheel. price lowered to $275 shipped

Guess again. Sadly, e36 M3s never got the steeing wheel buttons. This is from an e39.

Yep-- this is from a pre-01 e39. 01+ e39s got the same e46 M3 style sport wheel.

:eek: I give up... same wheel between the 1999 m3 and 2000 m5. the M3 doesn't have function buttons so indeed it is an 2000 M5(without the red/blue stitching). My head hurts, I'm going to take a nap now. Email me If you need it otherwise it hits ebay again.
