I was considering snow tires. Does BMW offer winter tire and wheel packages for the f10?
On a separate note, would I also be able to use it on my 2009 x5 35d?

Nokian snow tires are the best I have ever driven. I'm sure you can find a set to fit the wheels you have on your F10 but I would not expect them to fit your x5. Also keep in mind the object for winter wheels is not to be wide because wide tires tend to surf on top of the snow, everything else being equal. So if your ride is currently outfitted with large (+1 or more) wheel/tire setups you might want to consider purchasing a separate set of wheels purely for winter tires. Some tire shops will even store your off season wheels for you, but typically you pay for convenience.

BMW dies sell winter package 3200 dollars. You can get same tires and cheaper wheels and tpms at tire rack at 1300 to 1700 dollars. Call tire rack and their advisors are very helpful.
If you go with 18" snows, BMW is currently our of stock for runflat tires, but you get still get BMW wheels from the dealer and tires from tirerack
