How does this affect the headlights during the day? In the 5 (E39), I believe leaving auto-headlight control active keeps the angel eyes on pretty much all the time, including day.
In the 3, does it behave like DRLs, with the inner "flashing" headlights dimly lit during the day, or is everything off?
(Man, I've been reduced to asking crazy questions while I wait for my new baby...)
