Got a new/used 330 convertible and now I need to find a good place for washing. I would prefer to have a self-wash where you just clean it with pressured water. I used to go to the one in Watertown, but these days it's always overrun and it's not easy to get to in the first place. Any others?

Did anyone here go through the trouble of asking a normal cash wash about the chemicals used during the wash? There are some concerns that even if you don't order wax you will get a small amount of wax anyway because it can be in the rinse water (for cleaner drying).

My Saab's roof broke after I went through an automatic wash so I'm more careful now.

I think it is on Market Street.

I also fill up at a Gulf in downtown Framingham on Hollis St. that has self serve wash.

Also, LaserWash in Southborough on Rte 30. Its not cheap but a quick total pressure wash.

If you don't mind driving to Lexington, there is a brand new self wash near the Arlington line on Mass Ave.

I have used it and it works well.
