Will this fit right into my 1997 318i that was never equiped with an armrest?? Also, what about the cup holders, coin holder, etc.??

^ I believe it will fit. Pretty sure this came out of a 95 coupe, but all consoles are universal coupe-sedan. It only comes with the rear ashtray. There is a separate piece that inserts, which houses the cup holder, etc. ... that piece is not included.
