528i with 332 wheels

I was browsing BMW accessories and came accross 332-style wheels on ebay. Is this a good deal and would these fit on a 528i without the sports package?

I think that is a great price for those wheels, the tires look great and they come with tire pressure sensors. I just purchased a set of used wheels for my 08 911 and paid more then that. For brand new wheels tire and sensors I think you can't lose.
