I have a friend who struck a pothole at 80mph and totally destroyed his rim. The wheel cannot be repaired so a replacement is in order.

Look like 237: www.realoem.com

BTW the second floor jack; is it for backup support, or is that a better practice to use two jacks when lifting the car? I've always used one jack but am constantly wondering about the stress it may cause on the car body by lifting only one of the four corners.

I was repairing the front and rear rim on a dealership car in Santa Barbara. Bimmers have a really solid chassis so lifting it up on 1 jack doesnt do any harm. Even when I lift a 7 series up on one jack all the body panel gaps stay the same. If I am going to be performing any work that involves my body under a vehicle, I always use jackstands, wheel chocks, and a backup jack.

Thanks for the link..it will come in handy.
